Terms of Service

1 · Engagement

All commissioned work begins with a written brief, fixed-price quote, and signed agreement. No work commences until 50% deposit is received in cleared funds.

2 · Pricing & Payment

• All prices in Thai Baht (THB) unless stated otherwise. VAT included where applicable.
• Standard payment: 50% deposit, 40% production milestone, 10% on delivery.
• Trade-tier net terms by separate agreement.

3 · Production & Delivery

Standard production time: 8–14 weeks from quote approval. Delivery and white-glove installation in Bangkok included on most commissions. Provincial/international logistics quoted separately.

4 · Warranty

• Structural: 5 years from delivery date.
• Upholstery (fabric and leather): 2 years against manufacturing defects.
• Lifetime advisory on care, refinishing, and adjustment.
• Warranty void on damage caused by misuse, exposure to extreme moisture, or third-party modifications.

5 · Cancellation & Refund

Within 7 days of deposit: full refund less any incurred design fees. After production begins (typically week 2): deposit is non-refundable; partially completed work retained or completed at our discretion.

6 · Intellectual Property

Custom designs created at your direction become your property upon final payment. Generic frame patterns, structural know-how, and atelier methodology remain ours. Photographs of finished work may be used by us for marketing unless an NDA expressly forbids.

7 · Confidentiality & NDA

Standard mutual NDA available on request before exchange of pipeline, pricing, or sensitive project details. Trade-tier engagements automatically include NDA.

8 · Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability for any single commission is the value invoiced for that commission. We are not liable for consequential losses (delay to broader project, lost revenue, etc.).

9 · Dispute Resolution

Good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved within 30 days, mediation through the Thai Mediation Center, Bangkok. If still unresolved, the courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction.
